Amigo Bookkeeping is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected and uses technical, physical and administrative security measures to enable us to be confident in keeping it that way. For example, this means that the company’s computer has firewall and password protection, any data held in hard copy has restricted access.  Any data held within the Cloud is stored with a provider which uses high level encryption.

While we are dedicated to securing our systems and services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your passwords and account registration information and verifying that the personal data we maintain about you is accurate and current.

Any information collected and used within the company is only retained whilst required in line with the purpose it was acquired for and then removed/deleted as appropriate. If you feel we need to update or remove any details held by us, please let us know so we can make the necessary amendments.
