How It Works

Remote Bookkeeping & Admin Service

   

After receiving your email enquiry I will discuss your requirements with you via email (or by phone or Skype call if preferred) to find out how many hours are required in order to complete the work. 

The number of hours will vary depending on the type and complexity of the work to be carried out.
 

I will then review your requirements and email you a quotation for the work.

 Sending documents

Once the quotation for the work has been accepted, it will be necessary for you to send me the          documentation that is required to complete the work, such as bank and credit card statements, expense receipts, purchase invoices etc. It is essential that these are received by the requested date.  

Granting access to your Xero Accounting Software 

In order to provide remote bookkeeping services, it will be necessary for you to grant me access to your Xero accounting software. Once you have provided me with a user ID and password for your Xero account, I will be able to log in remotely and carry out the agreed bookkeeping work. 

Communication

At all stages of the agreed job, I can be reached via email, mobile and Skype for any queries which you may have regarding the Bookkeeping or Admin service that is being carried out.
